Rebecca Cooper is an International Speaker whose mission is to create awareness of disordered eating in all forms. She regularly appears on television, webcasts, professional conferences and radio.
Ms. Cooper created the first transitional living residence for eating disorders and a 501.c3 non-profit organization, Rebecca’s Eating Disorder Foundation. She is the Founder of world renown treatment program, Rebecca’s House Eating Disorder Programs. Her eating disorder program is used throughout the country at treatment centers and by therapists. She has now created the ONLINE VERSION of her program, www.DietQ.com.
She is a California Licensed Therapist, Professional Clinical Counselor, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, Disordered Eating Coach, and has achieved the World Certificate of Psychotherapy. She is the author of Diets Don’t Work®, Disordered Eating Workbooks, and author of numerous published articles.
In May 2013, Rebecca was awarded 2013 Distinguished Alumni of Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. She was nominated for Orange County Business Journal’s Women in Business Award in 2009. In October 2004, Rebecca was honored as the Rising Star in Business by WomanSage©, an event sponsored by the University of California at Irvine Medical Center.
